DAVID LILLEY - PROJECT DIRECTOR

David Lilley created the concept of the Your Choices Matter programme, and will be actively involved in most aspects of running the project. A veteran of sales, marketing and business development, David is highly regarded for his deep experience and broad cross-industry knowledge. David is especially renowned for his grasp of modern media marketing techniques, including audio and video production. Adopting a calm and measured disposition, he is an accomplished strategist, business development expert, writer, broadcaster and public speaker.

After enjoying an award-winning career at American Express and RCI, David remains a highly sought-after and respected consultant. He has helped establish brand new companies and seen them generate tens of millions in revenues, as well as working on various contracts for some of the best-known brands in the UK.

David has a philanthropic and caring nature and is a volunteer for a number of charity organisations and community enterprises. This includes a children's charity and being one of the founders of Elastic FM Limited, a respected community enterprise, located in North East Derbyshire. Recently David produced the respected Life Planning system entitled The DEBRA Formula.

LOUISE RILEY - NUTRITIONAL ADVISOR

For many years, Louise has always held a passion for health and wellness, adopting a curious mind and taking her learnings to support and educate others. Across the last 25 years, Louise has spoken in front of thousands of people around the world.

Louise is qualified in advanced exercise, health & fitness, nutrition for sport and exercise, client psychology and motivation for nutrition, child nutrition and obesity. She holds an advanced diploma in nutrition and weight management.

As the world has changed, it’s important to change with the times, and Louise's business has continued to expand into new and exciting areas. As an example, Louise recently achieved qualifications to coach as a wellness and mindset practitioner and workplace wellbeing.

Louise's nature is to be caring, but also impatient to make things happen, and once involved in any project is committed to ensuring it is successful. Louise is involved in several businesses, including The Wellness Rack 

CLAIRE CAHILL - DEVELOPMENT COACH

Claire has been a personal performance and corporate executive coach since 2012. Since qualifying, she has been named The Coaching Academy’s Executive Coach of the Year and was runner-up Life Coach of the Year, this achievement based on her tailored workshops, one-to-one coaching programmes and published guide to improving employee performance.  

Claire uses proven formulas for helping people to understand their personality dynamics, before helping them to: 

a) construct a plan to design a life of appeal 

b) take action against that plan

Prior to embarking on her coaching journey, Claire worked in financial services for more than 25 years, helping employees in branches and call centres to embrace change and view it as an opportunity for success. Claire operates Accendo Coaching & Training

WENDY MAJHEN - PSYCHOTHERAPIST 

With over 25 years of Counselling experience, as well as being a Lecturer and Trainer in Counselling, Psychotherapy, Health and Social Care and Health Psychology disciplines, Wendy believes everyone should be able to resource counselling to help deal with life challenges.

Offering a comfortable, confidential, safe and secure place where you can share your thoughts and feelings, then look no further. Wendy work within the integrated approach; this means that the therapist takes the most effective elements of several counselling approaches and models and with your assistance, the therapist will work with you and these approaches to reach the outcome you require.

Wendy believes counselling should be within an environment that is peaceful and relaxed; somewhere you can be listened to, be understood, not judged, and somewhere where confidentiality will be adhered to.
